Thank You Card ~ A Little Vintage {2nd Post}

As the week comes to an end
so does my self imposed sketch a day challenge.
Not too bad I only missed one day
and some days I did multiple sketches.

I started with the newsprint design paper
then embossed it with the clock folder.
I tore then sponged the edges to give it a distressed look.
I added the ribbons and bows at the top and the bottom.
For the sentiment circle I stamped the design circle,
added the sentiment and finished it off with some faux pearls.

*Card base 5.5 x 4.25 in.
*Design circle from the Small celebrations stamps set from Verve Stamps.
*Sentiment from the Birthday Bot stamps set from Verve Stamps.
*Design circle cut using a 2 in. punch from Marvy Uchida.
*Embossed using  the Clock Background folder from Darice.
*Design paper from Recollections.
*Memento Rich Cocoa stamp pad.

May your day always be filled with love.
Crafty hugs,
D~
